Spiderman and Venom have been pitted against each other for years, but this is their most serious battle to date. Spiderman has always been a powerful superhero, but Venom has become one of the most powerful villains in the Marvel Universe. They are both incredibly fast and agile, and they have great strength and durability. They also have great senses, which makes them very difficult to hit. The battle will be decided by who can outrun their opponent and who can use their abilities to take down their foe. Spiderman is known for his agility and speed, while Venom is known for his strength and durability. They both have great fighting skills, but it will be up to Spiderman and Venom to decide who will emerge victorious in this fight.
A movie in which Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock meets Tom Holland’s Peter Parker is being developed, although this has not been confirmed by any studio executives.
What is the report saying about the movie?
This article confirms what we already know: a crossover between MCU and Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Characters is impossible. Sony holds the rights to Spider-Man but has made a deal to include him in the MCU for two additional movies.
Spider-Man – No Way Home (211). The second is still a mystery.
Tom Holland is rumored to be appearing in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness (222). No way home is widely rumored. This is why it features the multiverse as a central plot point. It also explains the return of Doc Ock as Alfred Molena and Jamie Foxx playing Electro. Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and Marc Webb Spider-Man may be seen. It is possible Holland could appear in Doctor Strange.
However, it is important to keep in mind that at the moment, nothing has been confirmed.
ScreenRant however, noted that the deal could give Sony more rights for Spider-Man. Marvel President Kevin Feige stated this when commenting about the deal:

Marvel fans’ dream is Spider-Man vs Venom
Venom is Spidey’s greatest rival in comics, aside from the Green Goblin. Some fans may be nervous about Peter Parker appearing in Venom films. The first was not critically acclaimed. It did well financially. Both Sony and Disney know that Spider-Man vs Venom is almost guaranteed to be a blockbuster movie.
It makes sense, if Sony has the rights to Tom Holland’s Spider-Man character it would want him to be included in a hypothetical Venom3.
Peter’s character might also be forever changed by the Venom symbiote. Fans of Spider-Man3 (2007) will recall how the symbiote altered Peter’s mind, making him more brutal than ever. Imagine a black-suited Spider-Man interfacing with The Avengers.
Marvel Comics fans want to see this classic storyline on the big screen.
This report will be confirmed only in time. Spider-Man vs Venom will remain a fan fiction until then.
Venom – Let There Be Carnage will be released in September 2021. It stars Tom Hardy playing Eddie Brock, and Woody Harrelson playing Cletus Kasady/Carnage. Spider-Man – No Way Home will be released in December. It stars Zendaya, Tom Holland, and Jacob Batalon.
Could Spider-Man be in Venom2 ?
It seems that Spider-Man should at least appear in Venom : Let There Be Carnage. Digital Spy reported that Venom sequel Director Andy Serkis had the following to say about the inclusion of The Daily Bugle within the first trailer.
It’s very interesting. Serkis suggests that Spider-Man might actually be in the Venom universe, suggesting that Venom is actually part of the MCU. This was reinforced previously by Michael Keaton’s appearance as the Vulture in a Morbius trailer. The film is also part Sony’s Marvel Universe, and stars Jared Leto.
If the universes were to remain separate, No Way Home’‘s focus on multiverse could allow Spider-Man to jump universes and interact directly with Tom Hardy’s Venom or Woody Harrelson’s Carnage. The end of Venom or Not Home might lead to a Spider-Man Vs Venom movie.
How Venom 2 Sets Up A Spider-Man vs. Venom Crossover
Spider-Man sets up a future encounter between Tom Hardy’s Lethal Protector, and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man . Will they fight instead of teaming together? Although Peter Parker is not present in Venom’s origin story there seems to be an undertone of familiarity from the symbiote. The post-credits scene showed Eddie and Venom watching the Webslinger on their hotel TV. Could there be some unsavory relationship between Spider-Man and Venom due to multiversal madness.
Venom2’spost credits scene shows Eddie Brock and Venom escaping to an island. They live in a dimly lit hotel room. Venom begins to talk about the secrets and knowledge that he has thanks to the symbiote mind of his species, which spans multiple universes. Although Venom intended to give Eddie a taste of his world, the multiverse shifting that led to their Marvel Cinematic Universe debut interrupted them. Their room was much more pleasant, but they also saw an unmasked Spider-Man thanks to Mysterio’s Spider-Man Far From Home.
Venom approaches the TV with what appears to be a curious recognition. It seems like he recognizes Peter Parker. He calls him ” that guy“. This is a strange and familiar gesture. It could also be taken as a sign of menace, since he licks the screen, which may indicate that he wants the Webslinger to eat. It seems that Spider-Man will likely fight Venom in their crossover, instead of teaming up despite Eddie’s decision to become a Lethal Protectionor to kill (and eat!) bad guys.
If Venom is indeed able to recognize Spider-Man’s identity, it’s possible that the hivemind responsible will create a rivalry despite the lack of personal experience between Venom’s Webslinger and Venom. Venom’s knowledge and secrets are spread across “multiple universes”, so it is possible that Venom’s animosity towards Peter Parker could result from Topher Grace’s Venom or Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man, as described in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man.
Given Maguire’s Spider-Man destroyed that Venom, it is possible that Tom Hardy’s Spider-Man doesn’t love him as much (due his hive mind connection to and shared knowledge).
Although this is speculative speculation at the moment it seems that the Venom and Spider-Man currents will be fighting each other (at least for the time being). It seems that Venom’s rivalry against Spider-Man could transcend universes and realities, despite Spider-Man being absent from Venom’s story so far. The upcoming crossover is sure to be thrilling, regardless of whether it takes place in Spider-Man 3: No Way Home or in a Spider-Man 3: Venom 3 crossover movie.
Plot
Peter Parker is now facing his greatest challenge: college. His new friend Miles Morales is his best friend and he enrolls at Empire State University. He faces new foes. They decide to track Spider-Man down and get into a fight. Carnage, the killer, threatens to take down both fighters.

The two normally clash on the streets of New York but this time they will be meeting on a tropical island. Venom claims he brought Spider-Man with him because their fights in New York are often interrupted.
Peter is able to escape Venom and take a short breather after the island fight, where they trade blows. Peter realizes that he has no chance of surviving the island. He disguises a Skeleton in his suit to fake his death. Venom and Brock fall for it and believe they have defeated Spider-Man.
7 Spider-Man 2099 Meets Spider-Man #1
As we have already mentioned, Peter Parker is not the only Spider-Man who has taken on Eddie Brock’s Venom. Miguel O’Hara was transported to the present-day era and found himself in the role of a symbiote, switching with Peter Parker.
Miguel is attacked by Venom as he attempts to understand what happened. Eddie Brock is scared off by the Avengers’ appearance, so their fight in the air doesn’t last long. Spider-Man 2099 meets Spider-Man was an amazing spider-verse crossover which added another layer to the Spider-Man against Venom lineage.
6 Venom: Dark Origin
Zeb Wells 2008 Venom: Dark Originoffered a fresh look at the character’s emergence, and brought together Eddie Brock with the symbiote. The fifth issue finally gives us the Spider-Man/Venom fight we had been waiting for.
Peter, in his black suit takes on Venom in one the most brutal fights between them. After a lengthy battle, Spider-Man finally breaks the tie between Eddie Brock and Venom. 5 Ultimate Spider-Man #38
In every fight that we have covered up until now, Peter Parker has worn one of his signature suits as Spider-Man. It begs the question, though: What would it feel like if he faced Venom in his suitless state? Look no further. We finally see in Brian Michael Bendis’ Ultimate Spider-Man what it would look like if Peter wore his street clothes against his symbiote opponent, and without the help of his web-shooters.
We have never seen Venom take on Peter Parker in Ultimate Spider-Man #3. The fight lasts almost the entire issue. It shows Peter trying to find innovative ways of defending himself against Venom without using his usual spidey powers. This fight is one of the most unique between the two and was easily the highlight of the 200-issue storyline.
4 Spider-Man 3
We felt it was necessary to include Venom and Spider-Man’s only major-screen fight on the list. You are probably familiar with the Raimi trilogy, especially the final film which brought Eddie Brock and the symbiote to life.
The movie’s final fight is breathtaking and is something that Spider-Man fans have been waiting for since the first Spider-Manfilm. As the potential crossover of Spider-Man/Venom in either the or Sony “Venom-verse” gains momentum, we will see a new version of a live-action fight between Peter Park & Eddie Brock.
3 Amazing Spider-Man #316
It is not difficult to see the true power of Spider-Man as well as Venom. The fight between the two is always a heavyweight one that usually sees one beating the pulp. This trend was evident in a fight between them in David Michelinie’s Amazing Spider-Man #316.
Venom lures Peter into a fight after he beat Black Cat and while attempting to find information about Spider-Man’s whereabouts. They fight inside a meatpacking facility, where Venom unleashes a torrent of blood on Spider-Man. Peter manages to escape from his foe with the help of machinery, despite being in a panic. The fight ended prematurely after Venom learned of Peter’s new address.
2 DC/Marvel All Access #1
It doesn’t have to be a one-man operation to fight Venom. Spider-Man needs help from time to time in order to defeat the monstrous symbiote. The Man of Steel is the greatest helper to Spider-Man in taking down his long-time enemy.
It may seem strange, but Spider-Man and Superman once teamed up to fight Venom. DC/Marvel All Access #1 was the first of a four-part crossover miniseries bringing together the heroes from the Marvel and DC universes. Venom is surprisingly able to defeat two of the most famous superheroes, despite having the power of Spider-Man & Superman side-by-side.
1 Venom: Space Knight #11
Robbie Thompson’s Venom Space Knight follows the Flash Thompson Venom as he travels the galaxy as an intergalactic agent, Guardian of the Galaxy, and even Guardian of the Galaxy. He does manage to return to Earth, where he reunites with an old friend.
In the 11th issue, we see one of the most stunning 10-page fights between Spider-Man & Venom. Peter Parker uses a variety flashy technology to cage the symbiote, and then free Flash. This brawl between Spider-Man and Venom is like nothing you’ve ever seen.
