Into the Spider-Verse 2 trailer. Watch the Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse trailer right here!

Our first teaser trailer was released when the title was officially confirmed in December 2021.

It’s a mystery why Spider-Man 2099 is fighting with Miles. We’d think they would have been able to get along quite well. Maybe it’s just drama before they join forces to tackle a larger threat.

Into the Spider-Verse 2 cast. Who will be returning for Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse 2?

The teaser trailer confirms that Oscar Isaac will reprise his role as Miguel O’Hara (aka Spider-Man 2099), following his appearance in the post-credits scene.

Luna Lauren Velez, who will be returning as Miles’s mom Rio, has also confirmed that she will. She told ComicBookMovie.com in June 2021 she was “in the process” of making the sequel and teased a “wonderful story” for her character.

We can assume that Velez will be back. Jake Johnson also revealed that he was returning to Miles’ mentor Peter B Parker in July 2021.

“I’d like to see what happens to Peter B Parker.” He explained that he thought the ending of his adventure in the first movie was open-ended.

“So, when I heard that they were working to a deal, I thought, “I really can’t wait until I see what the writers had in mind.” It’s fascinating to find out his home life.

There have been rumors that Kathryn Hahn might reprise her role as Doc Ock in a larger role. We also know that Issa R will be in the sequel. It is believed that she will be portraying Jessica Drew, aka Spider-Woman. However, this has not been confirmed.

Into the Spider-Verse 2 plot. What will Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse actually be about?

Sony released the official synopsis of Spider-Man when they confirmed the title.

“Miles Morales is back for an epic adventure that will transport Brooklyn’s friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man across time to team up with Gwen Stacy, a new Spider-People and face off against a villain stronger than any they have ever faced.”

After he battled Miles in the teaser, could that villain be Spider-Man 2099? It’s unlikely. It’s someone we don’t yet know.

The sequel will not tell the whole story, as it has been confirmed that it is a two-parter. “Miles’ story, an epic,” Lord told December 2021 about the split into two movies.

“We created the story we believed it needed, but to our delight we realized that there were two movies. “We’re currently working on both.”

They were unsure of what the story would entail, and if we’d be seeing Spider-Ham (John Mullaney), Spider-Man Noir(Nicolas Cage), Peni (Kimiko Glenn), or both.

They teased that Miles would reunite with old friends and meet a lot more new ones.

The teaser shows that Gwen is able to reunite with Miles within his universe. This opens up the possibility of more crossovers between the old and the new characters.

Phil Lord and Chris Miller, producers, have stated that they would like to see Silk, aka Cindy Moon, who was also bitten in the radioactive spider bite, and Spider-Punk, in future films. And that’s just the beginning.

The original release date was announced in a teaser video. It featured flickering logos from all versions of Spider-Man. This gives us an indication of which characters might be included in the sequel.

Fans with keen eyes were quick to spot an obscure Spider-Man: Takuya Yoshiro.

Are you hearing crickets in your head? Don’t worry. Takuya Yamashiro (aka Supaidaman) is quite the undiscovered Spider-Man. Toei was granted the freedom to do what they wanted thanks to a licensing agreement between Toei, a Japanese production house, and Marvel.

In other news. Tom Holland’s Peter Parker was intended to appear in the first movie. He described it as a scene in a train station, or something. It was going to be similar to an Easter egg.” JOE

Although it didn’t happen in the end, it’s possible that he could make an appearance in the sequel, especially considering Holland’s multiverse-spanning Spider-Man movie.

The funny glitch from Marvel’s Spider-Man video game Miles Morales where Miles is turned randomly into a patio heater and can swing around the city.

No matter what the plot may be, the creative team will continue pushing the limits of superhero animation.

Phil Lord stated to Collider, “We like to do difficult things – we’ve made a lot of it really hard for ourselves and Miles too,”

“It’s a very ambitious sequel because we didn’t want to repeat the same thing.” The idea that we would be traveling to different dimensions opened up artistically the possibility for each world to have its own art style.

Miller said that each dimension will feel like it was drawn by an artist’s hands. It’s amazing to see the progress of this stuff. This is why it’s important to continue doing it because it can be so difficult to do it right.
