There is no release date for Shrill Season 4. However, the producers have said that they are working on a new season and that it will be released in 2019.
It’s sad to hear that Shrill was cancelled after three seasons featuring a fat girl who wanted to change her life but not her body. Shrill’s story about a fat girl who wants to transform her life and not change her body is one that we can all relate to.

The Shrill Season 4 Story
Shrill tells the story of Annie, an obese young woman. Because she has lost her self-worth, she is now a helpless observer. Annie, who is completely unable to control her life, is ignored daily by all her friends.
She is a rising star journalist at the tender age 23. She plans to change her lifestyle to become more self-aware. She isn’t looking to lose weight or have a makeover, but she wants to improve her personality.
Despite constant criticisms from her mother about her weight, she forms an unhealthy relationship with her man-child. To keep her safe from her roommates, he hides her.
Annie has to balance her family’s expectations and her boss’s demands. All of this happens while Annie is considered unworthy by the world because she is overweight.
She meets several overweight women at a pool party and forms a friendship with them.
Working with them gives her the confidence she needs to manage her own life. She’s not only getting a job, but she’s also breaking up with Ryan, her man-child boyfriend.
Annie is finally coming to terms with the truth that her looks don’t make her inferior. She is now taking steps to share this fact with the world.
