Victoria maintains contact with Grace Mallory, and other insiders in order to obtain the information and access she requires to bring down Vought. She is a prominent public figure, frequently leading protests or speaking on the news about Vought’s corruption.
Victoria is accompanied by Grace, who brings her Lamplighter so she can testify before Congress about the real events behind closed doors at Vought. She insists on “bring down king” and that Vought be charged with more. She would like to see more evidence about the Sage Grove Center.
Butcher convinces Jonah Vogelbaum, Lamplighter, to address Congress. This is a great decision for Victoria. Vogelbaum’s head explodes just before he gives his testimony. Victoria is splattered with blood and watches in horror as Grace drags Victoria away, with many people around her.
Later, it was revealed that she is a Supe who is responsible for the attack on the congressional hearing. Stormfront was used later as a scapegoat to cover up her crimes, after her Nazi ties were exposed and her defeat by The Boys and their allies. She kills Alastair Adana (the Church of the Collective leader).
At this time, it is unclear if she is acting in Vought’s interest as a form or controlled opposition or if her agenda is real. Hughie approaches her campaign headquarters and asks her to join her team. Hughie accepts her offer and asks when he can begin.
