One of the most popular ways to do this is by using mods, which are files that add new features or changes to the game. When was the last time you saw the legendary mace in the middle of an entire tale?

What time has the king of heroes triumphed over the throne thanks to an axe?

There’s always a sword fighting the dark lord, dismantling the hungry dragon and pointing the hero’s sword towards the right direction which is why Skyrim is no exception.

Skyrim is full of amazing blades that can use to win. However, true medieval fantasy heroes don’t have enough swords. And because of mods it is never necessary to put off getting new ones.

Greatsword Sheaths and Scabbards Redux

Before we begin making new blades in order to kill our enemies with style, we need to consider enhancing the features already in the game’s vanilla version.

I really like many of the designs for weapons in Skyrim. One thing that’s always irked me is the sheaths , scabbards and other scabbard of all weapons.

Some do not even possess them and those have them only make them appear worse.

This mod Greatsword Sheaths and Scabbards mod enhances the game through two methods.

It first introduces brand-new customized sheathes, scabbards and sheathes that make a difference. Also in addition the blades are slightly smaller to appear more real and, consequently superior when sheathed.

9. Better Elven Blades

Another area that could be in need of improvements is Elven weapons, or more specifically, Elven swords.

Elven swords that are found within vanilla Skyrim are too wide.

When I imagine elves engaged in combat, I envision graceful movements and beautiful weapons Instead, Skyrim gives us goofy and massive blades that appear like a ritual at best.

Its Elven Blades mod includes five different designs that can be used to substitute both Elven Sword and Greatsword.

If you pick the vanilla-like version or the complete replacement or even the one with a curving that’s all far superior than Bethesda’s first models.

8. Unique Magicka Sabers

It doesn’t matter which game you’re playing, if there are swords , and an active modding scene it’s just a matter of the time until you can get an inspired Star Wars Lightsaber mod.

However, this isn’t your standard lightsaber-based mod.

Instead of simply creating a rainbow-colored assortment of sabers based on similar design and purpose, this accessory contains a variety of “unique” lightsabers from all across the Star Wars mythos – from the films up to The Extended Universe.

There are daggers, lightsabers, pikes tonfa, lightsaber pikes, and even Kylo Ren’s crossguard sword, all of which can be customized in color and effects!

If you’re looking to add a little extra Star Wars in your Skyrim and you want to teach the character how to make use of The Force.

7. Hattori Hanzo Katanas

Always been a big fan of Samurai and Japanese Katanas.

They’re stylish, cool and require a lot of skills to use and display, which speaks volumes about the character wearing one.

Although Katanas are certainly present in Skyrim since they’re the Blades weapons of choice There’s a limited selection.

This is why the Hattori Hanzo Katanas mod comes in.

This amazing accessory introduces eight Katanas into the world. four of them one-handed, and four with two hands.

The blades are stunningly precise, and the handles are lovely and traditional and the sheaths are bright enough to be visible far away.

Inform them about what’s to come.

6. Eo Geom Summon Swords Spell

Swords aren’t just for big warriors sporting hair on their chests , and massive biceps.

If you can master the correct spell, even the weakest wizard could have a multitude of swords in their arsenal.

The spell you are using can be described as Eo Geom – the words to rule and control the sword.

After casting, you’ll get six floating swords which will be following you until you’ve used in total. Both the regular and charged attacks come with custom animations that can be used to damage enemies with a mid-range.

There are several variations of the spell on the mod’s download page, with each corresponds to a different sword. You can choose Daedric Daggers, a classy rapier or wooden swords, it’s your choice.

5. BillyRo Ultimate Swords Anthology

When you think of mods to equipment I love huge packs of brand new items that transform my experience in gaming completely.

“BillyRo’s Ultimate Swords Anthology brings you sixty new swords that range from medieval steel swords to mysterious blades made of glowing crystal.

The pirate’s cutlass comes with curved falchions swords with blood nodes gold swords, most of them with fashionable swords and scabbards. And that’s only getting the edge off.

4. Sharpen Other Swords

With such a vast array of swords available There are many ways to showcase your arsenal. The Sharpen Other Swords mod is an excellent, engaging way to accomplish this.

A problem that’s always troubled players playing the original Skyrim is the fact that the action of sharpening blades is always executed using the Iron Sword – even if you don’t have one on your list.

This mod can fix that by letting your character sharpen a blade from the most expensive set of weapons that you’re carrying.

3. The Witcher 3: Weaponry

The next one is something for those who love The Witcher 3.

Witcher 3 Weaponry Witcher 3 Weaponry lets you make a forge, allowing you to make the variety of blades using TW3, including silver and steel options.

What I really like of this game (and the reason I awarded it a top spot on our list) is the two upgradeable blades: the Ursine silver and steel swords and the silver swords.

Like in the game in the game, you’ll be able make four different variants of these weapons based on the level of your Smithing proficiency as well as whether it’s possible to find the right materials.

2. Silverthorn Weaponry

The Witcher 3 weapons are definitely interesting and brand they are new to Skyrim.

If you’re seeking something that’s never been seen before, you need to think about this mod called Silverthorn Weaponry.

This add-on offers an entire set of 26 beautiful blades, both black and silver including daggers and spears, which includes many swords.

The weapons combine an elegant and sleek body with embellished engravings at the hilt creating a royal and even ceremonial look.

1. JaySuS Swords

If you’re planning to download one mod, it should be JaySuS Swords – a legendary weapon pack with 50 distinct weapons that can be made and looted or obtained in rewards upon the conclusion of an adventure.

I’ve picked this pack of weapons over others due to the diverse selection of hilts, blades, and blades.

I enjoy the consistency of themed sword sets. However, when you want to mix things up 50 different blades should suffice.

One of my favorites includes The Blade of Dibella that has an intricate brass design of a beautiful lady as an handle.

I’m certain Dibella would love the champion who has such great taste in weapons.
