When it comes to The Twilight Zone, I’m a manga blogger through and through. So when the third season of the show was announced, my excitement was palpable. And then I watched it. The first two seasons of The Twilight Zone were excellent, but this one felt like it was missing something. It wasn’t until the last few episodes that things started to come together for me and I really enjoyed it. But even then, there were some elements that didn’t quite work for me. One of the problems with this season is that it feels like it’s trying too hard to be different from the previous two seasons. There are references to Japanese culture and mythology scattered throughout, but they’re not integrated well into the story. They’re just there as an afterthought, rather than being used to enhance or change the narrative in any meaningful way. Another issue is that some of the characters feel underdeveloped and undeveloped. This might be because they’re only featured in a few episodes, but they still feel like they could have been developed more fully. For example, I wanted more information about Dr. John Merrick (played by Anthony Hopkins), who is one of the main characters in this season’s story arc. He’s introduced as a mysterious figure who has knowledge about The Twilight Zone that no one else does, but we don’t learn much about him beyond that fact. Despite these issues, I did enjoy watching The Twilight Zone: Staffel 3 overall - especially towards the end when things started to come together for me - but I don’t think it’s as good as either of its predecessors." ..

Jordan Peele, Autor und Regisseur, war Moderator und Erzähler von The Twilight Zone. Peele und Simon Kinberg waren auch ausführende Produzenten der Serie.

Laut Quellen wurde The Hollywood Reporter von Quellen mitgeteilt, dass Peeles Monkeypaw Productions sowie Kinbergs Genre Films bereit waren, die Serie zu verlassen. CBS All Access/Paramount Plus wollte jedoch, dass es fortgesetzt wird.

Julie McNamara, Programmleiterin von Paramount Plus, sagte, dass das gesamte Produktionsteam The Twilight Zone in einer modernen Ära neu interpretiert habe.

VERÖFFENTLICHUNGSDATUM

Staffel 2 wurde von CBS angekündigt, während Staffel 1 ausgestrahlt wurde. Die Coronavirus-Pandemie plagt die Welt weiterhin. Auch die Unterhaltungsindustrie war davon betroffen.

Staffel 3 könnte dieses Jahr veröffentlicht werden oder auch nicht. Es gab einige Neuigkeiten, dass Staffel 3 im Frühjahr 2021 erscheinen könnte.

WORUM GEHT ES IN DER SHOW?
