At the Fantasia Bunko Online Festival 20,22, it was revealed that Spy Classroom, a popular light-novel, would be made into an anime. Shortly after the announcement, a teaser trailer was posted on YouTube.
Spy Classroom is published in light novel publishing giant Yen Press. There have been six volumes so far, along with two short stories volumes.
The anime features a colorful cast of characters with unique abilities and gimmicks that go with their skills as skilled spy. It is a must-see for fans of Spy Family and Assassination Classroom.

Spy Classroom plot
The anime is set at Kagerou Palace, which adheres to the rules of communal living. Seven people must live together, and they must take their responsibilities seriously when they play. Although the world has now overcome a terrible war, chaos is still raging. Every country is now engaged in a “shadow warfare” with spies.
Klaus, a genius spy, creates an institution to challenge “impossible mission” with a mortality rate exceeding 90%.
Seven girls are elected to the office with no previous experience. To complete their mission, the girls will need to learn poisoning, trapping and color gimmicks. They also need to master deceit to become the strongest spy in the world.
Lily is one the seven trainees at Kagerou Palace. Although she is brilliant in theory, practicals are a challenge for her. Lily nearly fails, but she is able to join the seven-member team, called Tomoshibi. Klaus, a flawed female spy leader, joins Lily to help her complete an impossible mission.
These young girls will have to overcome many difficulties in order to survive.
