He’s a maniac, desperate for love, and has lost everything the man ever believed in to him, even his Authority of Sloth after losing to Subaru who recorded the death of his son in his Gospel.
6. Beatrice
Beatrice is among the more complex characters in the series. On the outside, she appears cruel, mean, and self-centered. She is only concerned about her family, her brother Puck along with her bookshelf.
As the story progresses, the more is revealed. Beatrice came to be created by Witch of Greed Echidna who requested to wait for “that one’.
Beatrice signed a deal with Roswaal to guard the library from being destroyed in the meantime, waiting for her “that particular person.’ Beatrice or ‘Betty or ‘Betty’ as she is known has been waiting for her “that person’ for nearly 400 years.
The only thing she wants is for her “that person” to appear and take her down because she’s too tired of waiting. Beatrice is among the most tragic characters from the show.
The moment is now, Beatrice is done waiting and wants “that person” to appear and take over her life or for her to pass away.
Her charming, almost neutral role in the story is appealing to a wide range of readers when she transitions from a cold-hearted librarian to someone who’s exhausted of all things.
5. Felt
Felt was introduced at the first episode of the series, alongside Old Man Rom. She’s a business-oriented person who makes decisions on whether she’ll be able to turn profits from the venture or not.
A poor thief at initial stages, Felt is actually one of the candidates for the throne, based on the symbol she stole from Emilia.
Felt is a highly athletic and fun-loving person who manifestly dislikes the nobility and royals. She claims that if she was her ruler she’d eliminate everything.
A girl of a young age who had to develop a tough personality due to the situations around her. She is a huge fan of Old Man Rom who is willing to take any step necessary to safeguard her loved ones. A completely neutral character who provides the necessary energy and spice to the show.
4. Felix Argyle
Felix is the Crusch’s knight her companion and the top healer in all the country.
He is very faithful and loyal to Crusch and will respect every word she speaks however, he will oppose it if necessary if it is in the best interest of her security.
Felix is a man with a severe outlook about death and regards it as a value due to his work as a healer. This causes him to treat those who do not have any desire to live a life of shame from the deepest of his hearts.
This led to some friction between Subaru and Subaru. Felix will do whatever is in his power as a healer to those whom who he is loyal to.
He is confident in his talents and is committed to helping everyone be their maximum. His adorable appearance and humorous sense of humour and his love for his beloved ones make Felix an interesting and an appealing persona.
3. Subaru
Natsuki Subaru’s teenage antics with his sexy personality and one of the few rash performances in the show. Subaru isn’t able to think things through and makes decisions impulsively.
What makes him unique is his unwavering determination to save anyone is in his heart regardless of how many times he’s had to do it.
Subaru’s eccentric personality is an absurdity. In the midst of all this the truth is that he’s simply a terribly insecure child who was raised in his the shadow of his father’s growing and large.
Subaru has always watched his father interact with everyone and thought that he’d be abandoned if he did not always remain on the radar.
Subaru is still funny He tries his best to be there for all his family and friends, and is concerned about their health. His flaws, qualities and insecurities, but most importantly the effort he puts into for his loved ones is the reason why Subaru attractive and relatable as a person and character.
2. Emilia
The love interest that is the main focus of the series, Emilia’s utmost generosity makes it hard to overlook her presence.
Aiding a battered Subaru lying in the street, then a lost child in the street despite her missing insignia.
Emilia quickly becomes a favorite because of her ability to be a helper to others, and her only desire is to become the best friend of one person.
Also, she feels a tremendous appreciation for Subaru who assists her in finding her insignia at Felt & Rom’s Loot Shop, and then to repay the favor by welcoming Subaru as a guest in her house and to stay for all the time he would like.
Her fighting skills are not to be overlooked as she is a Spirit Arts user of one of the Great Spirits, Puck.
Her kindness , despite the difficult past, her slight awkwardness and her cheerful personality make her a very likable persona.
1. Rem

Rem took a simple turn from the start to the conclusion of the series in the beginning, with him discovering Subaru suspicious and then murdering him on one occasion.
Rem was one of the most loyal allies Subaru could ever hope to have. She helped Subaru save all the villager’s, their sister, from beasts that roamed the forest, and accompanied Subaru to the Capital and lifted him up from the bottom of his heap and encouraged him to go on, and supported Subaru in his White Whale hunt too.
Rem has been the most steadfast assistance Subaru has received throughout the entire series. Her devotion to Rem, her sacrificial love to her family and friends as well as her appreciation and gratitude for her commitment to protect those she considers to be her most precious Her backstory, her story and her fighting skills make the viewers be drawn to her.
Emilia once stated, “The me in Subaru-kun’s head is fantastic isn’t it? She can understand without needing to explain anything.”
If this does not make Rem into the most perfect possible way and in the best way, then nothing else will.
