In Dragon Ball Super Heroes, Pan is one of the most powerful beings in the universe. He is able to control the weather, summon dragons, and even create earthquakes. He is also a skilled fighter and can hold his own against most opponents. Pan was first introduced in Dragon Ball Super episode 2, “The Return of Goku and Vegeta”. In this episode, he helps Goku and Vegeta fight an alien threat. After defeating the aliens, Pan returns to Earth with them. Pan has since appeared in other episodes and movies. In Dragon Ball Super: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan, he helps Goku fight Broly. After defeating Broly, Pan returns to Earth with Goku and Vegeta. In Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ – God’s Plan, he helps Gohan fight Cell. After defeating Cell, Pan returns to Earth with Gohan and Krillin. Pan is one of the most powerful beings in the universe and his abilities are only increasing as he grows older. He is a great ally to Goku and Vegeta and can help them defeat any enemy they face.
According to Dragon Ball GT: Perfect File data, she can turn Super Saiyan if the right conditions are met. This includes the appearance of the most evil of dangers (which have not yet been defined). She is Saiyan-blooded and has a high level of power.

Who is Pan in Dragon Ball
Pan is the daughter Son Gohan Videl. Her grandfathers were Mr. Satan, Son Goku. Son Goten is her uncle. Pan is a participant in a tournament, where she defeated Mo-Kekko (a formidable wrestler).
It is not clear what the next stage of the tournament would be, but it appears that she won against Son Goten. This means that Oob would lose and she would have faced Vegeta or Trunks at the semifinals. It has not been revealed how it was actually done. Trunks was believed to be up against them. However, Trunks became embarrassed that Pan is still young so he let her win. Trunks made Pan look very strong and she won.

Pan, a newborn who cannot speak but can use his Ki to power up and can even use his voice. Pan is kidnapped and taken by the Pilaf Gang. He then destroys the flying robot. Pan is able to lift through the Earth’s upper atmosphere, before returning to the ground with her three gang members hanging from one leg.
Future Trunks was in custody when Future Trunks saw her. She destroyed an entire living space by herself, which caused the former to have difficulty handling her. However, this is comic relief. Future Trunks admitted that she was Gohan’s daughter. Future Trunks also feels pain when Pan kicks him in the stomach. Pan (four years old) has been a skilled fighter since childhood, and she trained with her grandfather Goku.
She defeated Wild Tiger, a massive, muscular man with only two punches, at the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament. She also defeats Goten in her base form. Pan defeated Natt during the Baby saga. He was actually part of Sigma Force, when Goku stated that they were as large as Luud). Pan is strong enough to defeat Rilldo, the base general of Sigma Force – whose Ki was actually larger than Buu’s, in just two punches.
Trunks, shocked to see this, asks Pan if he is stronger than him. She was not able to fend off the general’s second attempt at a serious Rilldo. However, she was not alarmed by his attack against her on the second attempt. Pan, however, was able to avoid a punch from Meta-Rilldo’s metal blast before her grandfather and she were encased with metal. He even managed to knock him down with one kick.
She easily defeats Infant Baby along with her grandfather and Trunks. Pan cannot escape 68.47x gravity. Pan surprises and holds Android 20 during the Super 17 Saga. The android is also shocked that Pan is so strong for his age. Pan was able to easily defeat Haze Shenron in the Shadow Dragon Saga and cause enough damage to make Oceanus Shenron’s Princess Oto form disappear with a simple Kamehameha.
Pan, like her mother, fights by waiting for an opponent to attack and then using his power against them in either a dodge or counterattack. He also plays with his momentum. Pan, who has Saiyan blood and is a powerful fighter, can transform into a Super Saiyan if the right conditions are met.
According to Akira Toriyama, the main reason he didn’t have any female Super Saiyans is that neither Pan nor Bulla felt the need to transform. Because he was unable to imagine what female Super Saiyans would look like, he never actually drew them. Daizenshuuuuu 7 suggests that she could become a Super Saiyan or an ape, but she never did.
The Daizenshuu explains that Pan’s inability transform was not due the low percentage Saiyan blood in them. Goku Jr., who was his Saiyan inheritor, was still capable of performing the transformation. However, this was misinformation.
The Dragon Ball GT : Perfect File suggests that Pan can transform into a Super Saiyan. However, this has not been confirmed in anime or manga. So it remains to see what her Super Saiyan form looks like.
