  1. Start by talking to the man at the bottom of the stairs in FFX: All You Need to Know. He will tell you about how to get mana springs.
  2. To find mana springs, go through the following process: first, find a way to get access to The Great Crystal Cave. Once you have done that, head east until you reach a fork in the path. Take the eastern fork and continue walking until you reach a small room with two crystals on top of it. In this room, there is a crystal on the ground next to one of the pillars.
  3. To get your hands on one of these crystals, you will need to do some pretty specific things: first, speak with Yuna and she will give you an item called an Anima Stone (or simply Anima). This stone can be found at any point during your adventure and is used for casting spells like Ultima Weapon or Cura (depending on your level). Once you have obtained one of these stones, return back into The Great Crystal Cave and speak with Yuna again; she will give you another Anima Stone if she has already given you one before.
