Concept and Creation
Gohan previously stated that he aspired to “an ultimate form that nobody has ever seen before” in the Dragon Ball Super anime. Similar to the manga, he mentioned his desire to become an Earthling and not a Saiyan.
Appearance
Gohan’s eyes turn red and become spirally red during the transformation. His hair becomes light gray, the same color as Perfected Super Instinct, and grows longer to match his Super Saiyan2 hairstyle. However, this causes his overall hair structure to tilt backwards, with one large bang reaching his chest. His aura is still bluish-white and his inner aura is shrouded in magenta lightning. His ki eruption is so intense that it looks like a huge geyser.

Power and usage
Final Gohan, an evolved version of Gohan’s Potential Unleashed State, is his most powerful transformation.
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero: Gohan gained the form after he saw a seriously injured Piccolo fighting with Cell Max. He then transformed out of pure rage much like his Super Saiyan 2 transformation against Cell. He was able to annihilate Cell Max in this form by using a Special Beam Cannon.

We don’t know much about Final Gohan at the moment. We only have the synopsis and movie leaks that can help us deduce some things. But it is still to be seen how powerful this movie will be.
