The Daivadipa Minion is a wind-up Daivadipa Minion can be obtained by trading five Daivadipa’s beads in Radz-at-Han. Daivadipa’s Beads can be as a reward for finishing the world FATE “Devout Pilgrims against. Daivadipa”.
The FATE was introduced during the Endwalker expansion and requires to complete two separate FATEs to have a chance of be born.
It’s the third of a chain. The other two are:

If you fail to earn Silver Rank, you’ll receive 4 beads.

The reason this can be difficult is because the process of getting Daivadipa to spawn could take a long time. It is necessary to finish the two required FATEs within the chain, and then you’ll have to hope that his FATE that is not marked spawns at the Southwest.
