Takao, Kimura, and Takao have doubts. After Nishikata’s date with Takagi ends, Takao, Kimura and Takao run into each other. They avoid speaking to Nishikata, but they do stare at him as they walk by the store. There were clues that Takagi would end up with Nishikata in earlier seasons. These clues are more obvious in Season 3.
