Ruka Sarashina is a Russian journalist and author who has written extensively on Russian politics and society. She is the founder of the online news outlet Russia Today, which she co-founded in 2006. Sarashina has also been a regular commentator on state television networks in Russia. Sarashina was born in Moscow, Russia, on October 3, 1984. She graduated from the Moscow State University with a degree in political science in 2006. After completing her studies, Sarashina worked as a political reporter for the Russian news outlet RIA Novosti from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2013 she worked as an editor at the online news outlet Russia Today. Sarashina has been married to journalist Dmitry Rogozin since 2013. They have two children.

CHIZURU ICHINOSE
When they first met, Ruka was very friendly to Chizuru. Ruka asked Chizuru bluntly if she was a tenant girlfriend.
