Blue Reflection ray Season 2: Renewal Status

Although the first anime season failed to impress critics, it did make a lot of people fall in love with its beautiful visuals. Its ratings and critical reception were not above average. It has a score of 5.76 on MyAnimeList at the time of writing. Its popularity is also quite low. It has less than 21K members in the MAL group, which isn’t really impressive. The first season of the show was a double-cour, and it ended on a high note.

Blue Reflection Ray Season 2 Story

The plot is set in a supernatural world. When it comes to supernatural abilities, humans are responsible for all human emotion. The creation of a particular kind of flower is dependent on human emotions. These flowers are simply a manifestation of different emotions that a person feels. Each emotion creates a unique type of flower. These flowers are called ‘Fragments’.

These fragments can vary depending on what emotion they are made from, how deep the emotion affected them and how intense it was. The stronger and more powerful the fragment received, the more impactful and intense the emotion. Although not everyone can manifest strong fragments, few people are able to receive enough to be “Reflectors.”

Reflectors have special magical abilities that they must equip with special rings to signify their role as reflectors. While they can use many magical abilities, they also have to perform certain tasks. They can use the special ring that they receive to create a mental bridge to connect with someone who is experiencing a flickering train or emotion. This mental bridge allows them to share memories, life experiences, thoughts and feelings.

Reflectors have the unique ability to connect with people with emotional issues. They can help them do their job. However, different people have different mental processes and different mindsets so they need to be able to handle that. The community of reflectors can be divided into two parts. Each segment has its own way of fulfilling its duties. The blue ring is dedicated to the protection of people who suffer from severe depriving emotions. They help them by keeping their fragments.

The red ring faction is on the other side, and they are willing to do whatever it takes to stop negative emotions from grabbing away a person. However, they go a step further and just take the pieces of the person who is in deep sorrow or disdain. The differences between the methods created a hostile environment that has led to conflict and more complexity as each faction believes theirs is the best. The story follows Ruka Hanari’s life.

Ruka, a transfer student, was recently enrolled at her new school. Ruka, a new student, was in serious trouble. She tried her best to fit in but her lack of social skills made it even more difficult. She was unable to interact with other students at her school because of her social anxiety. She was accosted by a girl in hurry and picked up a blue diamond. It was later dropped by the girl. She was unable to return the ring so she kept it in her dorm. Hiori Hirahara was also wearing the same blue ring.

Both of them soon get involved in conflicts between the red ring faction’s reflectors. The more they got involved, the greater she realized the power and potential of the ring. Ruka and Hiori decide to train harder to unlock their full potential and to improve their reflectors to help others.
