Summary

Mana Takamiya stated that Kurumi Takamiya is the most dangerous Spirit . With an estimated 100 Earthquake victims, she has killed more than 10,000 people. Her title of Worst Spirit is derived from her personal killing of her victims.

Kurumi Tokisaki used mysterious and unstated methods to transfer herself into Shido Itsuka’s highschool and classroom to be closer to him. Her reasons and goals for moving were simple. Consume Shido Itsuka and gain the Reiryoku within his body. Kurumi almost succeeded in eating Shido when she was a Raizen high-school student. After being overwhelmed by Kotori Itsuka’s destructive power, she had to retreat. Kurumi claimed it was because she wasn’t ready to face Kotori, but she later said that Kotori could be defeated if she had more time.

Later, it was revealed that Kurumi had a conversation (at the conclusion of Volume4) with a mysterious entity that made it seem like she was speaking to herself. She stated that her true goal was to find Shido in order to use her 12th bullet and travel back 30 years in time to kill the First Spirit. She needed a lot of Reiryoku, which she didn’t have, so she decided to eat Shido. Shido had the Reiryoku for three Spirits in him. This allowed her to be able use the 12th bullet with some power to kill the First Spirit.

Appearance

Shido Itsuka describes Kurumi as “a girl of astonishing beauty”. She is elegant and polite. Her pearly skin is complemented by long, black hair that is often tied in twin tails. Her right eye is red-tinted, while her left eye shows a glowing, inorganic clock face. This is hidden by her bangs, and is only visible when she transforms into Spirit. The clock eye rests at 3 o’clock when the hands are still in motion.

Kurumi used to wear an eyepatch five years ago to hide her clock-like left eyes. However, she now finds it embarrassing and covers her eye with her hair. Her left eye, after it was sealed, is identical to her right as a human. Her hair is parted with a red ribbon and not covered by her left eye as she is a college student. She also wears earrings.

Kurumi’s Astral Dress is made of crimson frills and black frills. It gives her the look of a Gothic Lolita with uneven twintails that mimic the hour and minute hands of a clock. [2] To hold her hair, she often wears a large crimson net bow. Her neck is covered with a black and red collar. Her Astral Dress is enhanced with crosses that are reminiscent of Nia’s nun-like Astral Dress. Kurumi is 157cm tall and wears sizes B85/W59/H87. Kurumi often wears the Raizen High School female winter uniform or a Gothic Lolita black dress when she is not in Spirit form.

Personality

Kurumi’s character is complex. Kurumi is a person who has a strong dislike of humankind and mistrust. This is what she shares with the majority of the Spirits in her debut. She is an excellent actress, and she can play the role of a young girl who is curious and innocent when necessary. She demonstrated this skill when she registered at Raizen High School as a student and spoke politely. But, underneath that facade lies a madwoman, who is prone to insane laughter and has no regard for human life. She views them as a food source to replenish her own time and, thus, a disposable commodity.

Her methods are not only a distortion of justice, but also would-be rapists, and animal abusers. Her ultimate goal, to kill the First Spirit and prevent spacequakes from happening, is a sign of her sense justice. This was her ultimate goal. Call her kind, but sarcastic.

Kurumi still retains some innocence, even though her psychotic behavior is a complete disaster. She has a special fondness for small animals and other creatures. She killed four people once, not to replenish her time but to save a kitten. Shido also seemed to want a normal life and a chance to redeem herself. She was able to communicate with one of her timelines and almost convinced her before the Kurumi stopped.

Kurumi, however, doesn’t kill for no reason, and has redeeming qualities. However, Kurumi doesn’t think she is a great person. In fact, she seems to dislike being called one. Shido said that he wouldn’t give up on Kurumi despite her murderous nature, and she used her City of Devouring Time to attack Raizen High School students. In an effort to get him to give up, she summoned a massive spacequake that could have killed them all. You can also find out when Kurumi called her a kind-hearted person and her initial reaction was to shoot her.

She is able to summon clones from her past to add complexity to her character. Clones are her essentially, so they share the same personality. They share some similarities, such as shared memories, goals and fears. However, they have their own free will. The clones can have traits Kurumi does not want, such as her old chunnibyou ways, because they are derived from the past. Kurumi is embarrassed by the fact that she has reacted to this aspect of her past, and the clones, whenever it is mentioned.

Kurumi seems to have a special liking for cats. This is evident by the fact that she brutally murdered a group of pellet gun-wielding men. It is clear that Kurumi can be embarrassed by this in an Omake. Tohka and Shido caught her. She had one of her clones pretend that she was the real her to “dispose of” her to get out of the situation.

Kurumi was a strong believer in justice before she became a Spirit. While she lamented the injustices of the world, Kurumi always felt a strong desire for helping those in need. This trait was both innocent and naive. Mio used it to trick Kurumi into becoming a Spirit who hunted down Spirits incompatible with her Sephira Crystals. Kurumi, who was more jaded after witnessing Shido die, shows that she has developed a greater tolerance for despair.

Kurumi is a verbal tic who often says “Ara Ara” (ara ara) whenever he’s amused by something. Additionally, Kurumi also has a distinctive “Kihihihihi” (kihihihihi) laugh.

Histories

Background

Kurumi was once a normal human before she became a Spirit. Her parents loved her and she grew up to be the wealthy daughter of a wealthy family. One day, while returning home from school, she was attacked and killed by a monster. The monster was defeated by a girl in a light-colored dress. The girl, Mio Takamiya , claimed to be an “alliance of justice” and introduced herself as Mio Takaya .

Kurumi was informed that the monster was a Spirit, and she asked if she would like a power similar to hers to fight them. Kurumi wanted to protect her friends and family so she accepted the Sephira crystal that contained Zafkiel. Unknowingly, she became a Spirit after she had bonded with the crystal.

Kurumi started hunting Spirits together with Mio. She killed at least 50 Spirits in that time. Kurumi was left with the task of cleaning up the corpse after killing a Spirit. After leaving as usual, she decided to go back and invite Mio to join her at her friend Sawa’s house. She hoped that a cute cat would be able to defuse Mio’s melancholic mood. Kurumi was shocked to discover that Sawa, her best friend, had been found dead on the ground.

Mio was holding a Sephira Crystal. Kurumi realized Sawa was the Spirit, and that she had killed her. She began to invert. But, Kurumi used her fourth bullet to stop the transformation. She returned to the moment she was overcome by despair and reversed time.

Mio revealed her true identity as the First Spirit, along with how the Sephira Crystals were able to bond with humans, making them monsters, then killing the host to refine the Crystals. Mio stated that she wanted to give the Sephira Crystals over to chosen humans, but she hesitated to answer questions about her motives. After thanking Kurumi for her efforts, Mio went on to thank Kurumi. Kurumi then blacked out. Kurumi was able to wake up in a huge crater from the spacequake that she had caused.

She has no memory of how her angel’s powers worked. Kurumi fled into her shadow just as the AST team was about to attack her. Although she was conscious of her current situation, Kurumi eventually decided to use the tenth shot on herself to regain all her memories. Kurumi then vowed to use her twelfth shot to travel back in history to kill Mio, and stop the existence of Spirits.

Kurumi was able to create clones of her own, and at some point she had built a huge information network. To gain enough time to use Twelfth bullet, she and her clones started preying on people, taking many lives. The many lives she had claimed attracted the attention DEM who sent Mana Takamiya to her. They fought in many battles during which Mana had always killed them.

Mana didn’t know that she was actually killing Kurumi’s clones. It was much later. Kurumi was contacted by Kurumi at an unknown time. Kurumi told Kurumi about Shido Butuka and the Reiryoku he had inside him. Kurumi, who had nothing to lose, infiltrated Raizen High School via unknown means to verify if the story was true.

Powers and Abilitie

Spirit Form

Kurumi, who is known as the Worst spirit, is a fierce fighter with unique powers that make her an extremely difficult opponent. Due to her large number of clones, it is almost impossible to match her in battle of numbers. She was reported as the Spirit who did the most damage to DEM’s Japanese Branch Headquarters. Kurumi, a Spirit, has been able to take in two Sephira Crystals which allows her access to two different Angels.

Spirit Data

Zafkiel

Angel: Zafkiel ( Ke “Di , Zafukieru ? . lit. “Time Emperor”)

Weapon: Clock, Flintlock Pistol & Musket

Astral Dress Elohim ( Shen Wei Ling Zhuang San Fan , Erohimu ? . lit. lit.

Zafkiel, an S-ranking Angel, takes the form a large clock with Roman numerals and is accompanied by an archaic pistol or musket which serve as its hour/minute hands.

Time manipulation

Kurumi is able to manipulate time using a combination time, shadows and Reiryoku. The bullets in her flintlock pistol, musket and musket have special effects that alter the subject’s time according to the number of them.

First, she must call her Angel and place her flintlock at her number on the Angel. The power will be loaded into her firearm. Then she fires the loaded gun at her target. Kurumi can use the effect to herself if she so chooses. The bullets are effective as soon as they hit their target. They do not cause injury and look no different to offensive bullets.

These bullets have the downside that they consume her life force or time. The clock in her left eye is moving clockwise to illustrate this. There are many bullets that cost different amounts, and each one can cost more time. The last two bullets can cost Kurumi her entire time. Kurumi may not be able to use any of the bullets. The clock’s light goes out.

First Bullet Aleph ( Yi noDan , Arefu ? (): Increases the target’s external time. This bullet is used frequently by Kurumi to increase her speed in battle. Second Bullet Bet ( Er noDan , Beto ? (): This slows down the target’s external time. This bullet can be used to stop an enemy from approaching. Kurumi may also use it as an alternative to the Seventh Bullet to save time. Third Bullet Gimmel ( San noDan , Gimeru ? ): Accelerates internal time, causing the subject to age. Fourth Bullet Dalet ( Si noDan , Daretto ? (): Rewinds the time on a target. However, even if it can restore physical injuries, it is not able to resurrect people who are already deceased. Fifth Bullet Hei ( Wu noDan , Hei ? Kurumi can see the future by using this bullet. Kurumi’s brain is strained by the number of visions he has seen. Sixth Bullet Vav ( Liu noDan , Vavu ? (): The target’s consciousness is sent into the body of an older version of itself. Since only the mind can be sent back, the Reiryoku is reset each loop. This allows the bullet to be used repeatedly until mental fatigue becomes too severe. The Twelfth bullet is unable to be controlled by the user. They can only travel back to the past for a maximum of a few days, regardless of how long they have used. The user can remain in the past for as long as they like. After the events of Volume 4, Shido gave Kurumi a thank-you kiss. Seventh Bullet Zayin ( Qi noDan , Zain ? ): Temporarily freezes target’s timeEighth Bullet Het ( Ba noDan , Hetto ? ): Makes the target temporal clone. Ninth Bullet Tet ( Jiu noDan , Tetto ? (): Kurumi can share her thoughts with another person on a different time axis. Kurumi acknowledges that it takes some effort to share her thoughts because she rarely has the opportunity to use this bullet. Tenth bullet Yud ( Shi noDan , Yuddo ? (): Look into the past of any object that has been struck. Kurumi used this bullet to shoot herself in the head, allowing her to regain all her memories after her amnesia. Eleventh Bullet Yud Aleph ( Shi Yi noDan , Yuddo Arefu ? (): Sends its target into the future. The amount of Reiryoku and time spent is proportional to how far time has been traveled. Users are returned to their original time periods after the effects of bullets wear off. Twelfth Bullet Yud Bet ( Shi Er noDan , Yuddo Betto ? It sends its target back to the past. It has the same drawbacks as the Eleventh Bullet, in terms of the cost of the time traveled. However, it also sends users back to their original time periods after the effects wear off. This bullet can be used to travel back in time, as Kurumi demonstrated by using it on Shido and Origami. It can either create stable time loops or change the course of history.

Kurumi temporarily gains Zafkiel from Beast’s third blade. However, her parallel world self is still alive so she cannot use Dalet or Vav, Zayin and Het. Although she was reluctant to use her own life to fuel her bullets, she joked that she could have used them to replenish her time with citizens in spacequake shelters.

City of Devouring of Time

Although Kurumi’s angel is extremely powerful, it takes a little of her life force (life force) every time she uses her bullets. Kurumi has the ability to absorb time from anyone who enters her shadow to replenish her life force. She can summon a red barrier to target large groups. This she calls the City of Devouring Time. Her clock eye turns counterclockwise while she consumes time. Kurumi can drain the time of her victims to the point where they will die. Many people have been victim to Kurumi’s Worst Spirit title. However, Kotori would often refrain from taking her victim’s time after she lost to Kotori to keep herself from Ratatoskr and DEM’s attention.

It is usually used to replenish time but can also be used directly to regain Reiryoku. Kurumi quickly used a special version of her shadow to swiftly take away some of Origami’s Reiryoku in payment for her request to travel back to time. Kurumi also used her clones to expand her shadow’s range to the size of a whole town to prepare for the war against DEM. In preparation for the war against DEM, Kurumi used her clones to increase the range of her shadow, thereby allowing it to cover an entire town. [4]

However, Shido was able to resist the debilitating effects of the City of Devouring Time by using the Reiryoku of the Spirits that he had sealed up until that point. This effect can also be overcome by ordinary people who have been enhanced with Miku’s March. In the first case, Kurumi was able to pin down Shido and drain his energy, if her shadow is focused on him only.

Clones

Combining the power of the Eighth Bullet with her experience, memories, and abilities, she can create a Clone that has all her knowledge, skills, and abilities. They use her guns to summon and dismiss Spacequakes, summon the The, and even summon the . These clones are kept in Kurumi’s shadows’ “storage halves” and can be brought out at Kurumi’s request.

The clones can be used to restrain targets when they are still within Kurumi’s shadow. They take on the appearance of long, white hands with a red outline and can even assume the shape of long, white hands. Clones are used to perform reconnaissance. They can either relay information verbally or directly to the original Kurumi. However, the former requires a permit. You risk overloading her with too many information.

Her clones, however, are less powerful than the Kurumi real Kurumi and cannot use the Angel’s time-manipulating shots. The Eighth Bullet’s time spent on the Eighth Bullet affects the physical abilities and the lifespan of the clones. Kurumi must spend more time to create clones that last longer. These clones are Kurumi’s past selves and may sometimes have feelings that the current Kurumi doesn’t possess. Kurumi will kill any clones that disobey her.

The time spent creating the clones could also be used as fuel for her other bullets in desperate situations. The Sixth Bullet’s mental time travel properties allowed Kurumi to regain both her clones as well as the time she spent activating the bullet.

A clone’s body will become a shadow if it is killed. All clones that are created by the original Kurumi will disappear if they die. Kurumi was able temporarily to keep one clone alive by sending it into future with her Eleventh Bullet. Although it is difficult to do this, she was able to transfer her memories as well as the Sephira Crystal to a clone. Kurumi later admitted that this was only temporary due to the clone’s short lifespan. Kurumi had to then restore her body using the Fourth Bullet, and then re-transfer everything back to her original body to stabilize her condition.

Shadow Manipulation

Kurumi can quickly get into any shadow to make a quick escape. Her shadow territory acts as her personal pocket dimension. Kurumi says that her shadows consist of two layers. The first layer is a storage area where she can store her clones and summon them at any time. The second layer is her digestive stomach, where she digests victims and absorbs their time. Kurumi cannot inspect or check on victims sent to this area as it is similar to looking into her stomach. Her normal bullets are also made from the condensed shadow of her, and she quickly reloads after each shot.

Rasiel

Angel : Rasiel ( Nie Gao Pian Zhi , Rajieru ? . lit. lit.

Weapon: book

After Kurumi extracted Nia Honjo ‘s Qlipha Crystal From Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott She reverted it back to a Sephira Crystal With Before bonding with it. As a result, she was able to obtain a new Astral Dress with Nia’s Astral Dress and her own. Kurumi, just like Nia has the ability to use To search for information, click here. Kurumi fought until the end of the battle royal. She was unable to use Raisel or its Astral Dress. This shows that she is able to use this Angel for combat.

Wizard

Kurumi’s clones transformed herself into a Wizard after she stole a CR-1 from a DEM Wizard, and had the other clones implant a Realizer inside her brain. She is the antagonist in Encore8.

After losing her Spirit powers, the original Kurumi was deemed able to use a wireless headset Realizer in order to create a Territory. Her compatibility is similar to other Spirits. It comes from the way the Realizer was created. She is equipped with one the She can use the leaves she has gathered to shield Shido from the attack by using her manual control .

(atoranato, Atoranato ? (): A black-and white CR-Unit equipped with a skirt that resembles spider legs. It is used to penetrate the dreams of Shido, the Spirits and cause Reiryoku Backflow. To subdue the Spirits, she can make laser silk that looks like spider webs.
